Hello my name is D and i am curretly pregnant and have been on bedrest

Past
weekend i had knots in my hair. I divided it and went straight to the shower.
After the shower i put the hair in a bun. Until the evening.
What i then saw was heart ripping. It was sooooo severe matted. I have tailbone
